This policy applies to everyone who uses Vaexi, including people who create avatars or supply their materials. Vaexi is operated by MOBILEXY LTD, company number 16824054, registered in England and Wales at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. Our correspondence address is 1b-10, Veca Jurmalas Gatve, Riga, Latvia, LV-1083. Contact support@vaexi.com or use https://vaexi.com/contact. This policy forms part of the Terms of Use.
1. Use Vaexi honestly
You must be at least 18 to use Vaexi. Do not create an account for a child, provide false identity information, sell access to your account, or evade a suspension. You may use a clearly fictional character as an avatar where the service allows it. You must not present a fictional character as a verified real person.
Do not impersonate someone, suggest they endorse an avatar without permission, fabricate qualifications, or misrepresent an AI conversation as a conversation with a real person. A verified identity does not establish teaching qualifications, professional registration or ownership of uploaded materials.
2. Content we do not allow
Do not upload, publish, request or use Vaexi to produce:
- Material that sexually exploits children, depicts child sexual abuse, or facilitates grooming. This includes synthetic material and sexualised depictions of people presented as children.
- Non-consensual intimate images, sexual impersonation, or content intended to facilitate sexual exploitation.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing or incitement to violence or hatred against a protected group.
- Instructions, encouragement or assistance for terrorism, violent crime, human trafficking or serious physical harm.
- Content that encourages suicide or self-harm, or gives instructions intended to enable it.
- Fraud, phishing, forged evidence, scams, money laundering or attempts to evade applicable sanctions.
- Malware, stolen credentials, or instructions intended to compromise someone else's systems or accounts.
- Content that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy, confidentiality or another person's rights.
Good-faith language practice, reporting, criticism and educational discussion of difficult subjects are allowed when they do not promote or facilitate the prohibited conduct. Context matters. Quoting a threat to report it is different from making that threat.
3. Materials, likenesses and voices
Only upload materials you own or are authorised to use for the intended AI processing and publication. A book being available online, or bought for personal reading, does not by itself permit uploading it to an avatar. Provide evidence of authorship, a licence or permission when requested.
Do not upload another person's private information, recordings or confidential documents without a lawful basis and the necessary permissions. Do not clone or imitate an identifiable person's voice without their express permission for that use. Permission to make an ordinary recording does not by itself authorise a synthetic voice.
Do not upload government identity documents into avatar materials or support messages. Use the identity verification process when requested.
4. Protect the service and other users
Do not bypass access controls, identity checks, usage limits or content restrictions. Do not probe another user's account, obtain private transcripts, manipulate minute balances, interfere with payments, or automate requests that impair the service. Do not scrape private data or use misleading interfaces to collect credentials.
Report a security issue through https://vaexi.com/contact. Stop testing when you encounter another person's data and provide the minimum detail needed to reproduce the issue. This paragraph does not grant permission to access accounts or systems without authorisation.
5. AI output and professional advice
Avatars can make factual, linguistic and judgment errors. Do not use them to make decisions about a person's employment, credit, insurance, healthcare or legal rights. Do not present avatar output as a professional diagnosis, legal opinion or guaranteed learning outcome. Vaexi is not an emergency service.
6. Reports and review
Report content, an avatar or a decision through https://vaexi.com/contact. Include the avatar name or link, what happened, approximately when it happened and why you believe it breaches this policy. Include only the evidence needed to assess the report. Do not download or attach child sexual abuse material; identify its location instead.
For a copyright or impersonation report, identify the work or person concerned, your relationship to the rights holder, the disputed content and a way to contact you. We may request evidence of your authority. Reports must be made honestly; knowingly false reports can themselves breach this policy.
We assess reports and relevant context. We may ask for changes, restrict a feature, remove content, unpublish an avatar, or suspend or terminate an account. We may act immediately where necessary to protect people, preserve evidence or comply with law. Otherwise, we will explain the reason and give a reasonable opportunity to respond. We may withhold details where disclosure would expose someone to harm, compromise an investigation or breach a legal restriction.
7. Challenging a decision
Use https://vaexi.com/contact to request a human review. Identify the decision, explain why you believe it is mistaken and provide relevant evidence. A person will consider your explanation and tell you the outcome. Making a good-faith complaint will not itself result in a penalty. This process does not restrict your legal rights or your ability to contact a regulator or court.
8. Changes
We will publish changes here. Material changes follow the notice provisions in the Terms of Use. A report or review is assessed against the rules applicable to the relevant conduct, together with any legal requirements that apply.
